How orders, quotations, pricing, supply, installation and service arrangements work with ACR Air-Conditioning.

These terms work with the policy pages linked here and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
Products, information and availability
ACR sources equipment through authorised suppliers or distributors. Product details are prepared from available manufacturer and supplier evidence, but images may represent a product range and minor manufacturer changes can occur. Ask ACR to confirm a feature that is essential to your decision.
Availability may change between placing an order and supplier confirmation. ACR does not guarantee stock unless it has been specifically confirmed. If availability changes, ACR will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative, revised timing or cancellation and refund where applicable.
Prices and payment
Displayed ACR selling prices are the customer price. ACR is not VAT registered and does not add VAT at checkout or issue a VAT invoice. Delivery, travel, installation extras or site-specific work are included only when expressly shown or confirmed.
Payment methods and any deposit or balance requirements are presented at checkout or on the quotation. An obvious pricing or data error may be corrected before an order is accepted; ACR will explain the issue and give the customer the choice to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel.
Orders, acceptance and cancellation
An online order is a request to buy. Acceptance occurs when ACR confirms that the equipment is available and the order can be fulfilled, or when fulfilment begins. An automated acknowledgement alone does not confirm supplier stock.
Unless a different fulfilment period is agreed, electronic orders are subject to the delivery or performance timeframe required by applicable law. If ACR cannot fulfil an order because the ordered goods or services are unavailable, ACR will notify the customer and process any required refund within the applicable statutory period.
Customers receive order records by email and, where a customer account exists, may access available order information through My Account. Customers may also request a copy of relevant transaction records from ACR, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Customers should check product, contact, delivery and installation details before submitting an order. Contact ACR promptly to request a cancellation. Any lawful cooling-off right remains available, while reasonable, evidenced costs may apply to cancellations of special-order goods, scheduled work or work already authorised, to the extent allowed by law.
Delivery, collection and installed orders
Delivery and collection are governed by Delivery & Collection. Installed orders also follow Installation Terms. Installation dates depend on supplier availability, site suitability, technician scheduling and customer access.
Residential Professional Installation is offered only on eligible products in supported areas. Commercial and project equipment is quotation based; residential standard package pricing does not apply to cassette, ducted, under-ceiling, floor-standing, commercial wall-mount or larger project systems.
Returns, warranty and service
Returns and refunds follow Returns & Refunds. Product and workmanship support follow Warranty. Call-outs and repairs follow Service & Call-Out Terms. Product-specific verified warranty information on the product page takes precedence over general website wording.
Fair use of these terms
Customers must provide accurate information and reasonable access needed to fulfil an order or perform work. ACR remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. South African law applies.
